3PL Sourcing & Replacement. OpsClinic facilitated a detailed evaluation of the existing 3PL partner, identified inefficiencies, and led a comprehensive RFP process to source and select a new partner. By negotiating a favorable contract, the brand simultaneously improved service levels and achieved significant cost reductions.
ERP Design & Selection. The OpsClinic team collaborated closely with the CFO and leadership team to design and select the company’s first ERP system, tailored to support current needs as well as the brands future growth ambitions. This included an extensive design process, creative iterations and an RFP process to identify and implement the ideal solution.
Operational Efficiency. Freight, logistics, and fulfillment processes were streamlined, resulting in substantial cost savings and improved efficiency. OpsClinic ensured a seamless transition to the new technology infrastructure and fulfillment provider with minimal disruption.
