OpsClinic was engaged by new investors in Orbit Baby, an established global stroller and car seat brand to ensure a successful re-launch in the United States market.
Market Re-Launch. In close collaboration with Orbit Baby’s leadership team, OpsClinic crafted the operational infrastructure to re-introduce the brand to the U.S. market. Focusing on strategy, key partner selection, team building, customer experience, and fulfillment network setup, the Orbit team enabled a premium and an innovative, world-class customer experience.
Interim Management (COO, CFO). Orbit Baby leveraged OpsClinic’s interim management services to engage an experienced fractional COO and CFO to support the CEO in rebuilding the brand’s key infrastructure. The COO had significant operational turnaround experience with a large competitor, accelerating the path to value.
