OpsClinic was tapped by a private equity backed, luxury global eyewear brand to conduct an operational assessment of its European organization and operations, uncover opportunities for value creation, and craft a roadmap to optimize its organization and local supply chain serving customers across the European region. Following our assessment, we moved swiftly in partnership with senior executives to deliver the recommended organizational, strategy and partnership changes which resulted in the brand creating a scalable platform to continue to delight its customers across the EMEA region.

  • Technology Integration: Ensured seamless integration of the brand’s ERP and related systems to support operational improvements and supply chain enhancements. Remediation and replacement of underperforming partner to achieve best value for money and systematic stability.
